CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Matt Moore engineered three fourth-quarter scoring drives in his first NFL start to lead Carolina over the Seattle Seahawks 13-10.
Moore, who was the Panthers' fourth starting quarterback of the season, completed 19 of 27 passes for 208 yards and did not have an interception.
The game was scoreless until the fourth quarter until Carolina went ahead on John Kasay's (KAY'-seez) 53-yard field goal with 12:18 remaining.
DeAngelo Williams had a 35-yard touchdown run that gave the 6-8 Panthers a 13-3 lead. Seattle's only touchdown came on Matt Hasselbeck's 15-yard TD pass to Deion Branch with one second left.
Seattle had already clinched the NFC West and drops to 9-5
